Q: Can I rent a car without a credit card?
A: It depends on the vehicle and the rental terms. Some rentals allow payment with a debit card or cash deposit instead of a credit card. Please check the payment options shown at the time of booking.

Q: What is the minimum driver age and license requirement?
A: Generally the minimum driver age is specified in the vehicle listing. A valid national driving licence is required; if your licence is not in Roman letters or is for domestic use only (e.g., from USA/Canada), an International Driving Permit may be required.

Q: Can I pick up the car at one location and drop it off at another?
A: Yes — one-way drop-off is usually possible, but may incur an additional fee. This will be clearly shown during the booking process.

Q: Are there any restrictions on driving the rental car across the border or on certain roads?
A: Some vehicles may not be allowed to cross national borders or drive on unpaved / prohibited roads. Such restrictions are usually indicated in the vehicle’s terms and during the booking process.

Q: What about fuel and vehicle condition on return?
A: The common policy is “same-same”: return the car with the same amount of fuel as at pick-up. Also inspect the vehicle at pick-up and, if possible, take photos/video of its condition to avoid disputes.

Q: What happens if I arrive outside business hours or at the airport late at night?
A: Many rentals offer flexible pick-up and drop-off times, including at airports. You will choose your time during booking. If you arrive very late, let us know in advance so arrangements can be made.
